Can't finish mission due to a glitch and my hedgemont box level is reset.

In the "Skater Eyes" tour, I am on the 9/10th mission, "Activate or Use a Fast Travel Point." I can't unlock an FTP and I have no FTP points, which the game won't let me get. I am softlocked at this point, and on top of this my mysterbox levels have been reset for the Hedgemont group. If you don't know what I'm talking about its the boxes at the bottom of the shop. I have 3,530 rip chips that I can't spend and I have 8/10 items unlocked in the first box, which is now locked all of a sudden. Can anyone help me???

    ANOTHER UPDATE: All my levels are locked again when I logged back on, yet I have numerous items from those boxes in my inventory. I can't earn any rep, even when I do 3 challenges in a row. Please fix this EA.

    UPDATE: I think this was due to my hedgemont level reseting for some reason, and I logged back on and earned 4 levels instantly and 3 ftp points. Still don't know why this happened.
