Challenges

I’m having a problem with challenges. If I spend a long period of time completing one, I get the rewards, but it doesn’t show up on location or on the map that I completed it. It works the second time, but thats frustrating when I have to grind the challenge again. I need to see that I completed it so I know not to come back to it.
