Co-op matchmaking is critically needed

Let us search for co-op partners in co-op challenges.

On the challenge menu, add a feature that searches for parties in the pre-challenge waiting phase and extend that timer with an option to skip it and start.

This will radically wildly improve the game in a way you clearly don't understand if you didn't adress it in your latest devlog.

I spend more time looking for co-op players than I do playing the game
