Completed challenge but shows not completed

It has happened to me twice once in a pro challenge where i completed it fully and then the game said i hadn't complete it, didn't get the rewards too, then i had to do it again for it to give me the rewards and show it is completed the other time is in a amateur challenge that i have done 3 times got the rewards but still shows me i have done only two of the goals
