Confirmation of being signed up?

Me and my two friends all applied for the beta at the same time on the day the first emails were sent out. They got their playtest code in the first batch and I didnt which was fine at first but now as the second batch is getting closer I am growing concerned my application may have not gone through. Does anyone know if there is a way to confirm that I applied and am at least in the draw for one of the release windows?
