EA is pure garbage

Been trying to situate skate taking my brother's San Van bucks and the game using it to randomly purchase bundles he never wanted or tried to purchase when he's trying to exchange that currency for tix  to complete the last page of the skatepass

no one seems to want to help I've opened up three live chats looking for help and they just keep telling me that my case has been escalated there's nothing that they can do I simply asked when am I going to get notified about the problem or can I talk to someone over the phone about it and they can't even help me with that

 it's like your game is broke and you guys are going to fix it at some point but you can't reimburse people what you took from them what a joke of a company.... No wonder skate is free to play so they can just steal from
