End game content ideas

I've reached the point where I'm level 10 in all the neighborhoods and got all  the items from all the boxes, now my rip chips are only used to get random tittles and skate modules (pretty pointless considering we don't have private skateparks yet), but I had few ideas to give the game some end game content.

Everything I'll suggest will be for level 10 players in a neighborhood, or all 3 of them

First, a specific shop where we can choose the items we want, not only boxes with random skate modules and tittles, a real reward for spending this much hours playing the game

Sponsorship, being level 10 in a given neighborhood should give us access to be sponsored by brands (real or not) and by doing some challenges for these specific brands could give us reputation for them and unlock some new gears, it could use the already in game daily challenges like we could chose if we do this specific challenge for a specific brand will give us reputation for this brand, and some brand challenges that gives us bonuses if we are sponsored by this brand and gives us discounts on the the level 10 shop I mentioned earlier, it could give us a long term reason to earn and spend rip chips

Skate contests, a daily contest in each neighborhood in a specific location with a match making with let say 10 people having pretty much the same ride score, a given time to make some points, the higher rank you get the bigger the reward is, and it could also gives some brand reputation (yes, everything is connected), in a word, skate contests, pretty self explanatory, and makes sense in a MMO oriented game, and it can be solo or team play

Rival crews, for now we have 3 crews, Daks, SV locs and DLC (Really ??), they could have rival crews and we could to ride for one or the other and having some kind of spots controls, if you skate a spot controlled by the crew you chose to ride for you earn bonuses and if it's controlled by another crew you give points until you make the spot controlled by the crew you're riding for, it should encourage players to skate all around the town and not the same 3 spots

In a word, it's a MMO game so give it MMO gameplays like battlegrounds (contests), reputation, territory control etc we will want to play even after unlocking all the, not always great, gears from the boxes
