Error message, can’t get past “configuring” load screen

Every time I press X to start the game, after the configuring load screen I get this message saying I need to change my EA account password. I go to the website via QR code and have changed my EA account password twice now and then when you press X, I see this internal error code pop up. Then it takes me back to the start menu. Any help would be appreciated!
