Finishing missions requires quitting game to get next mission waypoints to show

Hey ya’ll! On PS5 and encountering an issue wherein once I finish a tutorial mission, Vee mentions the next mission (i.e. go do this AR challenge or go do some city challenges) but none are visible on the map. This has happened after nearly every tutorial mission since I entered the city, including Izzy’s missions. 

I’ve found quitting out of the game, and then reopening it, makes the mission/challenges show on the map, but so far, I’ve found that’s the only solution to see or even activate whatever mission is next.

Without that quit, the “Mission” menu and map are complwtely empty after any mission completion.
