Founders pack issues

So I brought Skate with the Founders pack included for the Ps5. But none of the items from the pack were included in the game. 

I have tried reinstalling the game but that didn't work. So I got onto the EA chat, and after being kicked out a few times I finally got through after waiting over 100 minutes. They suggested there was a definate fix to this, and that was basically clearing the cache on the Ps5. 

So I've tried this and that hasn't worked either. I don't really want to go back to the chat to be honest as I just think I'll get fobbed off, and I can't find EA support email address anywhere (there probably isn't one!) 

So does anyone have a fix to this, or are there maybe other things I could try?
