FPS Stuttering and choppy gameplay

This has been a issue for the past week now I’ll load on to the game and for the first 10 minutes or so the game will run completely fine on pc then all of the sudden the game will drastically DROP in FOS and start to stutter constantly making the game basically unplayable I’ve heard that this is a memory leak issue from poor optimization for pc but don’t know how true this is. Anyone else experiencing this?
