Game wont detect my controller with keyboard plugged in.

So i have quite literally the worst keyboard in existence its the razer huntsman V2 "analog" i have never seen a single game in my 2 years of owning this garbage where the analog function actually works, but for some reason it likes to break certain games entirely. So for this game it wont detect my controller and my character is just stuck in the ball position permanently. Usually i fix this buy going to device manager and disabling the XBOX 360 driver that powers the analog function but ive done that and it still wont detect my controller. Whats weird is this worked find during the playtests but now it wont work for the steam release.
