GameSir Controllers with in game glitches

My GameSir Nova Lite controller, has insane stick drift in game, any were else its fine. When im still on my board or moving without touching controls both of my sticks stay on full input in any direction. Please fix this as it is making  the game experience for me and many other users very hard to play.
