Getting no progression towards districts levels

After the Season 3 update, I've encountered this weird bug all my district levels now say zero/zero and any challenge I complete I don't make any progress towards levelling up. This could be an error with the progression table for my profile (server side) failed to load after the update. another thing, the district loot boxes are also locked even the ones I have unlocked through levelling up, too.  I play on PC (Steam).
