Glitched missions on Tour 3: Express Yourself

It is telling me I have 2 missions regarding Tour 3, The Gift of Grab and Spot Modder. For The gift of Grab I have to finish a mission called "Manual Extension", yet I had previously completed this mission and it won't advance me. To complete the second mission Spot Modder I need to complete The Gift of Grab, yet I can't since it says I have not done "Manual Extension"? 

I cannot advance the game and this glitch has been the same after uninstalling and redownloading around 3 times. It has been around 2 weeks and I can't find any solutions.
