Got past title screen now stuck again?

After figuring out the title screen issue I’ve now been prompted to reset my password which I have now 3 times and I can’t get past this prompt. There is a QR code that directs you to EA website to reset password which I have done but nothing happens in game. If I back out of the game it restarts the same prompt. Any ideas?
