Graphics Issue

I changed the brightness and all the sudden my game reverted to some terrible quality that i cant figure out how to change back. The game launches in normal quality and then during the configuring loading screen it jumps back to the **bleep** quality. I've messed with all the graphics settings, I have restarted my pc and reinstalled the game 2 or 3 times. I did all of that from the EA launcher, started it on the steam launcher and the same thing happend. I have to believe theres some kind of bug with the new update? any help is much appreciated. I have a RTX 3070 if that helps anything.
