Griefing/disable placed objects by others

I think there should be an option in the social settings to be able to turn off placed objects for people who aren’t on your friends list. Just tonight I’ve been at three popular spots and had people placing rails/ramps in the way. It’s basic griefing and I’ve reported them but it’s annoying to have to constantly disable objects that others have placed.
