How can I Spread Eagle and Christ Air on Keyboard and Mouse?

I've been enjoying Skate 4 a TON lately, but I've also had a bit of hate on how BAD the keyboard support is. The tutorial was a PAIN. It shows me the controller inputs, but I don't have a controller,...

I'm in the part of the tutorial for it and I've tested every button for eagle dive and Spread Eagle so and its sadly not possible, same with Christ Air. What did you do for this part in the tutorial?
