Hunt for the stunt bug

Im soft locked at step six. The spread eagle through the bridge step but it doesnt even pop up where im supposed to go and i cant untrack the mission for some reason. I did have my friend play on his account and I found out I skipped a whole mission entirely on my account how does that happen lol. Plz fix soon!! I wanna at least get the bus stop system. But Overall game is fun but the missions needs a whole overhaul.
