I cant play

I was playing the tutorial and i got to a point where I cant move or do anything and the narrator says “ill also keep it up to date with new challenges tours and other helpful things for finding your way around”. If i let it it would go infinitely and I’ve tried everything. My gamertag is RealCocoKing. If anyone knows how to fix this please help. Thank you
