I can't use skate.

if you're on console, restore licenses + restart (if this doesn't fix it , chances are you put the wrong region when signing up) for pc, i'd try almost every troubleshoot since i don't think there's a definitive method(logging in and out of ea account, repairing both skate & the app, reinstalling the game & app, restarting your pc, etc etc.)

Note: If you did put the wrong region, i believe it's too late to change this, there's a lot of people reporting this to EA support so i doubt you will get this fixed before public release.
