I didn't win the Halloween costume.
After completing all the tasks for the 3 weeks of Halloween, I didn't win the Halloween costume.
You need to "buy" it in the shop. It is in the Halloween section you have to scroll completely to the right.

I didn’t realize there even was a Halloween costume I looked when the Halloween update was still out but I never saw it once and now it’s over unfortunately
Yea I'm kinda annoyed about that completed all the challenges logged in the day later, after finding you had to grab it from the shop.
