I have been soft locked since release.

I am still stuck on the first tour part of the tutorial, the last step of “Skaterized”. Yes, I can still play but I cannot do the missions. I complete all 3 parts of the step and they all complete besides the “caveman” challenge, it checks it off like it’s completed but as soon as the mission ends it says I didn’t do a caveman. I cannot progress, I paid for the founders edition as well, PLEASE HELP JUST RESET ALL OF MY PROGRESS IF THATS EASIER. I’m not far into the game anyway it soft locked me 30 minutes into the game. I have not been able to progress since release.
