I made sure they recieved emails and completed sign-ups. I'm the only one who recieved a email with game details, they haven't. How can I get them in forsure? I'm concerned it's not going to be figured out before the playtest starts and they won't be able to get in

Same Here I invited one friend but they got nothing. I see there was a post from the staff saying they fixed it but my friend still didnt receive an invite email
Did not recieve download information. Just another email stating i was invited and there is a maintenance time. But the friends I've invited haven't recieved anything
