I'm not getting blue tokens (in Italian "bigini") from rewards

Last night I was redeeming the rewards for the weekly challenges and I was supposed to get 400 blue tokens and 1000 yellow tokens, in the end I only got the 1000 yellow ones, and I have a feeling that it's not the first time this has happened to me, who knows how many tokens I've lost so far.
