Implementation of local text chat.

Why not include a local text chat feature? This would greatly improve the game's community interaction experience. It would make everything much more interactive and fun.

This idea, on the other hand, would make players more engaged in the game; few people use voice chat, but many would use local text. Often, even true friendships could develop within the game.

Developers, please consider this option. 😄
