Insider account bugged - Not receiving any trophies/achievements

Hi everyone,

I'm an insider who had early access to the game. I've been playing a lot since the official launch (over 30 hours), I've completed the entire story/tutorial, and I'm level 8 in all city districts.

Unfortunately, my account seems to be bugged, as I haven't received a single trophy. It still shows 0, which is really frustrating after all this progress.

Is anyone else who was an insider having this issue? Is there a known fix for this?
