Interlaced resolutions in Exclusive Fullscreen

As alluded to in the title, the game doesn't seem to support interlaced resolutions in Exclusive Fullscreen mode.

And I say "resolutions", but the relevant field is the "Refresh Rate" field of the in-game settings. For example, I have set up custom resolution configs for use with my CRT monitor, one is 1280x720 @ 60 Hz, and one is 1280x720 Interlaced @ 120Hz. 60 Hz is what's selected by default, for me. When I try to select the latter and hit "Apply", the refresh rate of the monitor doesn't change to 120 Hz, it stays at 60 Hz.

Perhaps the game doesn't think it's a valid display mode, and falls back to whatever other display mode it thinks is valid (the 60Hz one). Not sure why though.

If you want to try and replicate the issue, try plugging your PC into a TV and try to use whatever 1080i display mode, assuming Windows gives you the option.

For advanced users only: If you want to try and replicate the issue but Windows doesn't give you the 1080i option (if it only gives you the option to use 1080p "Progressive scan") then try using Custom Resolution Utility (CRU) to add a 1080i resolution to the monitor's config.
