Problems with texts on PS5

Since the beginning of the closed beta I have had problems with the PS5 version, it turns out that the texts are cut off with the word "ID" almost as if it were not programmed correctly, this also affects Vee's voices and challenges which do not appear and does not allow challenges to be carried out because I do not know what to do.
