Level up to unlock.

Now i know I may be skipping missions or just not going through on some things, but I'd like to know what level I need to be or if I have to unlock in mission. I climbed to top of M-Corp and i was going buy travel slot but I can't and I wish it'd just tell me what level you know. I am one of those players who doesn't really do stories or missions so to me I just explore and **bleep** around with spots, like a wild man just running around.
