Unfortunately I can't due to not being able to sign into the account, but if there is a way I could contact an advisor and have them know what's up that would be amazing.

Community ManagerTry using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page to open a case. Make sure you're not signed in. You can submit a case as a guest. That should get you in touch with an advisor.

I apologize for not responding earlier, but I've been trying to contact an advisor. And I can never seem to get through to one, the bot doesn't connect us in the chat
There is an active case as well, #250401969. But it said player unavailable, as I wait for a half hour to connect. But never seem to get in contact
