Male vs Female character builds

I started the game off as a female character trying to make her very funny looking.  Later in the game I decided I wanted a male build more built like myself irl.  I can't seem to find any way to change between female to male once I'm past the starting point.  I can change all the features and everything to make myself look more male.  But the faces are all still female faces.  Am I missing the option somewhere?  If not, I believe it should be added to the Skater Appearance page.
