I finished all the winter roll-stice challenges and then my game froze. When I came back in my “roll-stice 1” challenges were at 0/12 completed but all the missions are checked off so I can’t just redo everything and get the 12 challenge goals. Anyone else have this problem?
I have the same problem. I couldnt claim the reward after finishing all the tasks so i restarted the game and everything was set to zero.

My game did not crash, so that isn't a factor in your issue. I was also unable to claim my daily and weekly task rewards, and upon restarting, they have both also been reset.
Were u online before reset happened? And then did challenges without backing out of the game?

I was online during the reset. But I made sure to chill for a bit before diving into challenges.
I think this might be our problem. May have to restart game at reset to avoid this
