Mission Not Completing

I accidentally bugged the start of the second part of the vee mission teaching you the social things, and now its stuck on the last step all the time when i didnt do steps 1. 2. 3. or 4.  Now, whenever I do something the final dialogue plays but the mission doesnt conclude.  I cant do any other missions now.
