Missions Bug

I have been stuck on the “Ripping For Rewards” mission. STEP 1 is to go to the shop and it’s just not progressing. I have tried restarting my console, game and re installed the game to try to  get passed this mission but it’s stuck and I can’t progress in the game at all anymore.
