missions not appearing

Question

I did the first mission following the AR and the Line challenge. I checked on the mission menu and theres no mission or challenges. Just nothing. I closed the game and reopened it. the own the spot mission was available I did that mission and then its happened again no other mission available.

I am playing on Xbox Series S

Exact same thing is happening to me on PC (Steam). Have to keep closing the game and reopening it every few missions.
