More map markers

I was just wrapping up a challenge, and I saw a spot I realised I hadn't paid much attention to. Unfortunately, I was on a bit of a time limit as it gets hot in my room quickly during the heatwave and I want to get all the challenges completed. 

I had the idea that it would be great to be able to place persistent map markers so I could go back when I actually have time to get clips, and then remove them when I'm done. It would make it a lot easier to keep track of my ideas and might encourage more people to take up the filming which is where the majority of my hours of gameplay have been 

Excuse the poor quality mockup, I did it in paint and I've never been a good artist lol.

    Hey Awicb​, 

    The mock-up looks good, no worries there!

    Just to recap the idea and make sure I’m understanding it correctly: you’d like a feature that lets you save a marker on the map without it being removed when you place a new one. That saved marker could also have a tag or symbol, similar to the one in your mock-up, to help you remember what that spot is useful for.

    Did I get that right?

    Yep you've got it! People could also use the markers for interactive items around the map like the manhole covers or the sewer grates you can turn into ramps, etc. GTA 5 had something similar
