Need clarification on friend invites

Question

So I have been accepted to the playtest via email confirmation, but a friend of mine that I would like to play with just created his account for the EA/Skate. Insider because I was unaware that we would be able to invite friends to play with.

How do I add them to my playtest sessions and how does it work with friends?

Will there be instructions on the email that is to be sent on 03/11 or is there another FAQ/discussion board to go to for information?

I am new to the playtesting experience and would like for both of us to enjoy it as much as possible.

Note: They have completed the survey and will be playing on PC. Will this be an issue for this current play test? Will crossplay be available if I am on PS5 and they aren't?

Same thing happened to my friends, I've been approved and received a code for the game. However, my friends who have also been approved have not received any e-mails or anything&nbsp;
