No game in EA app

i need help please

yea i have downloaded it on my pc and still

restart EA app how do i do that???

click the little arrow,
right click ea icon
click exit
re-open the ea app

go to you task bar if you are in windows:

So then, click in EA with your left mouse button and click "logout" or any alternative to quit your Ea App, i prefer to logout my account and make login.

So when you logged up to your account:

click in Library: button

and so check the game SKATE CPT:

Make sure thats your EA Account are Correct bro

I've got the same issue, relaunched the app a few times and the profile is correct. I still don't have the Skate.CPT file

How is this a Solved Solution to you? Obv u need to have the EA App first installed.

But i have tried to 

• making sure Email is corrrect
• Relog Account
• restarting the App
• Empty the cache
• reinstalling the App 

But noithing seems to work...

I think there's a lot of confusion here between people who have genuinely been given the access to the playtest and people who are still waiting to be given access but have received the "download/play now" email.

I am also one of the people who got the email last night to say the game was now available for me and it is still not available VIA the EA app, it unfortunately is not as simple as restarting the app it is simply a waiting game until skate roll it out to people who have been given access but that doesn't seem to be being voiced. Hopefully this is addressed soon and you get access mate :)

That's a super **bleep**ty thing to do, to send emails saying you have it and then it not actually be true (even though the email says you can play right away and visit the forums, which I still don't have access to)

At least this game is going to be F2P so I'm not missing much
