No option to undo accidental purchase.

It’s actually insane that there’s no option to refund a purchase made accidentally. I just bought a stupid Halloween hoodie because I thought it was a Halloween box item and I contacted support and they literally said there’s no when you can talk to you about this and there’s nothing we can do. I believe this is in bad faith. I don’t appreciate this conduct from a game I’ve played tested from the beginning.
