Crashes and sound glitches.

Okay this game is great, I love it. Most issues I've had I've been able to change in settings like turning off Vee's comments and whatnot. But the glitches and crashes are becoming too much, to the point where I personally am finding the game unplayable. I've already invested into this game buying the founder pack and now I can't even play the season since the game crashes every 5 minutes. Also I have found that when I go to do something like unlock a fast travel point, it glitches out and the sound repeats until I reload the game? 

Does anyone know a fix to stop it crashing every 5 minutes at least?
