No playtest rewards??

Hey guys, so today I felt like trying out the skate early access, but I quickly ran into a problem. 

I was very curious to see what the playtest rewards would look like on character, just to find out, that I haven't received them... 

I'm 100% sure I'm on the right account, but I think that the problem is that this time I tried the game out through steam instead of the ea launcher?? Regardless, very disappointed. Hope someone knows a solution to this.
