Not able to play the game

Game came out a day ago and there’s already so many bugs. But the one I’m seeing the most trouble with is not being able to access the game WHATSOEVER, I’ve tried deleting and redownloading, restarting my console, changing networks, etc. but none of that worked, it’s the same pop up message saying, “You’re not connected to your network, try again.” or something like that when I LITERALLY WAS. I need this to be fixed immediately.
