On a Heater achievement broken

I noticed my On A Heater achievement has been at 51% for a few days now, even though I know I’ve had 4x multiplier. 
Tested it this morning and timed my 4x multiplier. Over 18 mins I had 11 mins of 4x. Achievement is still stuck at 51%.
I reloaded the game and had 2 mins of 4x and still at 51%.

    Hey I'm just curious how do you check your On a Heater achievement progress?

    Update:

    reset cache, and deleted the game/redownloaded it. Still can not get my achievement to progress past 51%.
