On Steam, Spectate Function Broken Since Sept 28 Update

I have already posted about this once.  It is STILL exactly the same.  In Spot Battles, when spectating other players, the software randomly crashes and prevents you from viewing the current skater's round as a spectator.  Instead, you see what looks like blue waves or clouds, as the timer counts down the round.  It also glitches a second way where instead of them skating you see them skate away into the distance and the camera remains on your player until the round is over.
