Open your eyes (stage 4)

After completing the first two challenges, the game tells you to head to the next spot in tri-towers, the purple marker it’s visible but when i reach it, nothing happens.

I can’t progress any mission bc of this, pls help, also, i know i’m not the only one because there’s people stuck in the same spot as me.
