pre wind spin stopped working

I started a challenge and it removed my ability to spin quickly. Now my character spins slower than before, only like 100 degrees on a full ollie, holding spin with prewind.  (If I don't prewind it can do the full 180, but holding prewind makes it spin much slower)  If I do a big air on vert and end up spinning 360 / 540, when my character lands it glitches and reverts back so it was a 180. Like there is a rubber band not allowing the character to spin.

I've tried replugging controller and resetting all controls to default.  Tried using the 'repair' in the EA client, and finally fully uninstalled and reinstalled.  

Unable to do any challenge or anything requiring a 360 now. This happened yesterday and persists through today.

PC through EA client, PS5 controller - direct usb connected- same username in game
