Progression still bugged...

Currently sitting at rank 9 in Hedgemont by doing challenges but still I am at 0/70 and 0/250 progress for their respected regions. No amount of challenges I complete seem to fix this. My quests are also locked, asking me to complete a quest that's not even available to me. This has been an issue since the game released and I was hoping that with the Season 1 launch these issues would at least be fixed to some degree, but it hasn't at all. Was really ready to buy the season pass if these issues were resolved but I guess since I can't even unlock new areas there's very little reason for me to.
