Realism in skate 4

I understand they want it realistic but , litteraly can't get any speed to hit litteraly any single ramp or gap . It's the most frustrating and lame thing ever . And how come bros can fly across the sky like Batman and pull their board back and land on a skyscraper yet my guy breaks his ankles on a 5 ft drop , the ragdoll effect is trash too . Game is like do this 20 ft drop  Me : does the 20 ft gap and breaks my ankles...... Lmaoloooo
